When one thinks of Mark Haley or Jackson Hunter, most DCWL fans remember their climactic battle over the Grand Championship in 2006. But the rivalry between the two stretches back to late 2003, marking three years at war between the two.
This match, taken from a DCWL house show in late February 2005, showcases this feud as it was beginning to heat up. Jackson Hunter had just captured the DCWL Platinum Championship from the popular Haley, and Haley exercised a return clause to challenge for the belt mere days after dropping it to Hunter.
